    Recruitment/ Retention Supplement. For Full and Part-Time Instructional Employees. Starting in the 2025-2026 School Year!

    Beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, routine full-time and part time training staff members will receive a yearly income supplement of no less than $4,500.00, in accordance with conditions set forth in the SJEA Memorandum of Understanding.

    The funds scheduled for the training unit will be paid to staff members within the training bargaining unit in referendum supplements as follows:

    - Years 0-5: $4,500 (Flat Rate).
    - Years 6-10: $5,172.00.
    - Years 11-15: $6,206.00.
    - Years: 16-20: $7,241.00.
    - Years 21+: $8,275.00.
  • Regular full-time employees as specified by Article 1 (E) will get the complete negotiated quantity.
    - Regular part-time employees will receive half of the full-time worker amount.
    - Employees holding “Part Time As Needed” positions are not eligible for this supplement.
    - The wage supplement will be paid in installations within the worker’s routinely arranged paycheck during the list below school years: 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029.

    Beginning with the 2025-26 academic year, regular full-time and part-time Administrative, Managerial & Confidential workers will get an annual salary supplement as follows:

    - Full-Time: $6,000 (Flat Rate).
    - Part-Time: $3,000 (Flat Rate).
    Supplement specifications consist of the following:

    - Regular full-time workers are specified as working 25 hours each week or greater and shall get the full supplement amount.
    - Regular part-time staff members are defined as working less than 25 hours per week and will receive half of the full-time supplement quantity.
    - Employees holding Part Time As Needed positions are not qualified for this supplement.
