About us

Build to Suit provides a “style develop” technique to building that speeds the shipment of jobs, guarantees quality and minimizes cost. We hand-select the designer that will best fit the customer’s requirements. In turn, we get engineers and subcontractors, who do their style in conjunction with the architect for a common objective. With consumer input, we handle every step of style, while keeping track of cost and schedule. Once construction begins, we handle development, quality and last delivery, consisting of close-out files, commissioning and a one year warranty.

  Exciting development is underway at the previous Story County Medical Center in Nevada, IA! We are happy to be changing this familiar landmark into 60 brand-new housing systems, bringing fresh chances to the neighborhood. Residents are expected to move in next year. We’re honored to back up Chad and his family, and we’re incredibly grateful to Big Grove Brewery in Cedar Rapids, IA for hosting the occasion that assisted make Ella’s wish a truth.   We recently finished a Rec Room restoration for our pals at Ronald McDonald House Charities, transforming the space into a warm, inviting retreat for families. This upgrade features: ➡ Modern, comfortable furnishings ➡ A mix of open gathering areas and quiet nooks ➡ A vibrant custom-made wall covering and rug ➡ Interactive games on the walls and tables These thoughtful touches intend to develop an area where households can relax, reset, and feel supported.   This week we had the opportunity to host Spencer, a recent Regina High School graduate, for a task shadow experience at BTS. He hung out both in the workplace and out on the job site, offering him a well-rounded, hands-on take a look at how a project comes together from start to end up. We’re constantly grateful to support trainees who are pursuing professions in the building and construction industry. It’s an opportunity to partner with Regina High School and help introduce students like Spencer to real-world experience in the field. We wish him all the very best as he heads to the University of Northern Iowa to study Construction Management!   As we reflect on Memorial Day, we’re reminded of the sacrifices made by those who served - and the value of supporting those who continue to respond to the call. ❤ We just recently finished an occupant improvement task for the United States Army in Iowa City, IA. This 1,700+ square foot area will serve as a recruitment workplace and consists of an open office area, a training room, the Section Chief’s workplace, and toilets. This project is a strong example of our group’s capability to deliver premium, functional spaces that support meaningful missions in our neighborhoods. Thank you to the United States Army for the chance to contribute to your continuous efforts both locally and nationwide!
